Dandelion Flower Tea

Today I collected flowers and made some dandelion flower tea, and it wasn't bad with some honey in it. I'm always really careful when I try herbal stuff -- trying a little at a time to make sure I don't have an allergy to it.
I was not sure if I really needed to just use the flower pedals, or if I could have put the whole flower into the jar. To be on the safe side, I pulled out the pedals.
It made a pale yellow tea --
