Pancakes, um, again

karmicdragonflyThe combo of the stay at home / social distancing thing + the return of chilly temperatures means I'm not getting much exercise.
And then I have succumbed to pancakes & maple syrup for breakfast a couple times! Not good for my waistline!
Pancakes are not a typical food for me -- I keep the mixings for them in the house, but normally probably only have them once a year. My mom used to make them every Sunday, but even then I never really had a strong desire for them. I think just colder weather and staying inside has made me crave carbs!
