Gingerbread Men
13 Dec 2019 03:31I've started the prep work for my annual Christmas get-together --
Odd thing was that I intended to make molasses cookies, not gingerbread men. It wasn't until I was reviewing the recipe and about to start that I realized this was not for molasses cookies (this gingerbread has a lot of molasses in it also, so it sort of looks like a cookie recipe).
I searched for my cookie recipe but didn't find it, so I just pivoted and made gingerbread men! There is a fair amount of black pepper in these, so they have a punch when you eat them.
