Bread Baking Day
15 Mar 2020 11:34A good cloudy day activity is to bake bread -- and I'm using that quick, rustic recipe again.
The recipe makes a texture of bread that is not as smooth, nor is the taste as sweet as some other loaves I have made. But it's quick -- only about 2 hours total from start to finish, whereas a regular loaf that needs 2 risings is more like 3 hours.
Works well for butter and honey, or for cheese melts, etc.
