Dream Girl
13 Nov 2020 15:05Last weekend, I went to Hollywood Cemetery to walk around and take some pictures. I don't know that I had ever walked all the way to the back perimeter, nearest the Northbank trail (although I HAVE bicycled back there).
There's an interesting monument labeled as "Dream Girl", which seems to attract LOTS of trinkets and offerings, including amethyst, necklaces, a tree of life, a gnome, etc. The Sharpie makes me wonder if she was a nurse or teacher? The monument is pretty fascinating -- sort of an African sculpture figure.
In any event, the name attached is "Robyn Ryman Lowe", who seem to have died in her 30s.
