Vaccinated!
1 Apr 2021 20:38Got my first and only COVID vaccine today -- the Johnson & Johnson one. Feeling a few side effects tonight, but glad to have gotten it!
The attraction to the J&J was only having 1 shot, while it protects very well against hospitalization and death -- which are the things that most concern me.
Not too pleased at the lack of social distancing in line at the facility I went to. The wait lines were too crowded. They moved pretty fast though once things opened up.
Update from a few days later: The side effects started about 5 hours after I had the shot. They included tiredness and a foggy mind) and continued for a couple of days. I really was surprised at how foggy my thinking became! I didn't take any time off from work, but I probably could have used an afternoon off!
