February is finally over, and I can barely resist the urge to sow some seeds. The weather is feeling warmer, and Daylight Savings time starts this weekend!
Signs of Spring!

My stomach / acid reflux problems are finally resolving. Here's how it went down: the day after I finally made an appointment with the GI doc, I was lying on my back rubbing the area that was often uncomfortable, and I noticed a knot. And I was like 'What the heck is this knot?', so I pressed on it. And the knot 'popped' back into place and disappeared!

It turns out that I had (have) a hernia in my mid-section, and that was the cause of the acid reflux.

I did have an endoscopy (and my scheduled colonoscopy) with the GI doc, and all was okay. And since I popped it back into place, the hernia knot has not re-appeared. The doc said I don't need to get a hernia repair unless it starts popping out frequently. Although the symptoms are not completely gone, things are WAY better. So I'm hoping this was a 1 time thing and that I'll get completely back to normal!

We had a couple of days of thick-ish fog -- which always excites me, lol!
