I haven't said much about the protests, although I have been following the news.
They've been a long time coming, were needed, and won't go away quickly.
- Until black folks can ride in their own car, minding their own business, and not get hassled.
- Until black folks don't have to fear for their lives in their own house.
- Until black folks don't have to teach their kids about how to "act" during a police stop.
