Not spring yet

So the spring weather continues...until next week when winter returns. Poor trees and flowers!

A woodpecker in the Mulberry out back. They are very skittish, so I slowly opened the back door to avoid noise and fast movement. I stuck the camera out of the door and only got a few shots before he saw me and flew away!


My tomato seedlings inside are doing nicely! They should be very ready to be transplanted once the warmer weather returns again!

Bread

I hadn't baked bread since the middle of the pandemic...and I found a 'peasant' loaf that didn't require much in the way of kneading...and went into a COLD oven covered. Uncovered ½ way through. It looks a beautiful, rustic loaf! I'm waiting now for a few minutes before I cut into it!
