karmicdragonflyCriminy....the heat and lack of rain lately! I have the house in 'weather protocol' -- whenever the temp hits single digits (Fahrenheit) or upper 98 / 100, my old house gets hard to cool and heat. So I close all the blinds throughout the house.
The weather calls for potentially 100+ in a day or 2. And today, it hit 90 before 11AM!
I actually hate being in a closed up house, preferring to have all the blinds open all the time -- so typically they are always open (privacy not too much of an issue because of the design and layout of the house).

Early today, got a walk in the park with a friend -- nice to see him after all this time! And a nice walk of a few miles.
